I very much doubt it. There isn't a massive amount of space between the tyre and the strengthening piece that joins the gap between the two chain stays. I'd stick with 24" wheels on a 24" frame. Geometry will all be worked out on the smaller wheels.

Yeah I've had no problems at all with it. Believe it or not it started as a saracen xray. I'm looking to get a full sus, geared bike so I can actually use it for getting around cause this was a bit tiring on longer rides because its obv jot what its built for. J also bought a car which put the bike on hold as well. H
